Standard and Damaged Returns: 

Your satisfaction with our dark, elegant creations is our highest priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

In order to return a product you first need to email connie@britedpasserelle.foorosh.com to obtain a return authorization number. Please include the following in your email:

1) Picture of the item (if damaged)

2) Full name and order number

3) Reason for return (damaged, not satisfied, ect.)

In order to receive a refund the product must be:

1)  received within 30 days of the date of delivery

2) in its original condition

3) have the return authorization number inside the returned box

Once all this criteria is met then a full refund will be initiated within 5-7 business days after the product is received by mail.

Exchanges: 

We do not currently offer exchanges.

Custom Orders: 

There are no returns accepted for custom orders due to the nature of their customizations.
